I have been insured with Prudential for nearly 5 years now. Elaine Cheng was the first agent I was referred to by a friend, primarily because of her passion and patience in dealing with clients. Many times in the past I have experienced a ‘hard-selling’ attitude from other insurance agents. However, that is definitely not the treatment I received from Elaine. Hence, I decided to join Prudential.
After my work relocation to Malaysia, I had difficulties to make payments for my premium. And Elaine has kindly offered her help to forward my payment, on the monthly basis without fail. Similar case when I was relocated to Indonesia.
Thus, I truly appreciate Elaine’s positive attitude on finding solution to my problems, and her passion of working with me.
